Q: What is the policy when weather shortens or cancels the game?
A: If for any reason (rain, fog, etc.) less than 4 1/2 innings of a game are played (five full innings if the home team is behind), one of two scenarios will occur. Scenario 1: The game is rescheduled to be played on an open date on the Bears schedule. If this occurs, tickets do not need to be exchanged and are good for the newly scheduled game only.
Scenario 2: The game is rescheduled to be played as part of a doubleheader. When this happens, tickets for the cancelled game must be exchanged at the Riverfront Stadium box office as soon as possible for a future 2008 Bears regular season home game for a ticket of equal or less value. All games are subject to availability.
